At Lyrebird Bed & Breakfast we have the option of two double rooms or Lyrebird Lodge, a two bedroom self-contained suite downstairs to the main house with separate entrance and total privacy.    High quality linen and towels are provided for B&B guests and an optional extra for Lyrebird Lodge guests. 

There are two fabulous veranda’s with a leafy outlook across the district & Blue Mountains, surrounded by trees.  Additional features for all guests include a hairdryer, ironing board & iron, a brand new kitchen with modern appliances and a TV and DVD player in the communal living room.  You can book the Lyrebird Lodge suite exclusively for your own group or family which is fully self-contained with all mod cons, or just a bedroom as a B&B and share the living area (s) with another guest. Wi-Fi is available free upon request.  There are two spare car spaces for guests with plenty of off street parking available as well.

Lyrebird Lodge

This 2 bed self contained suite with own private entrance features a newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances, a newly renovated bathroom and a living room with feature sandstone walls.  There are a selection of board games to play, as well as a TV and DVD player.  There are two gorgeously decorated double bedrooms and a sofa bed for extra adults or children in your group. You will also have your own large private veranda to enjoy, complete with barbecue. 

Regent Bowerbird Room

With its feature sandstone wall this room is quintessentially Australian.  It has a Queen bed and a leafy outlook across the district facing West.  Every bit as elegant as the Regent Bowerbird itself, you will take pleasure in this beautiful room with its old world charm.  This room shares a bathroom in the Lyrebird Lodge suite with the Rozella room. 

Rozella Room

Enjoy a relaxing stay in stylish accommodation with a beautifully decorated room. Featuring twin beds, they can also be used as a King Bed.  This room shares a bathroom with the Regent Bowerbird room. 

Breakfast is provided when booking the Regent Bowerbird Room or Rozella Room as bed & breakfast and is left for you to prepare at your own convenience.  This includes fresh coffee, tea, juice, milk, bread, eggs and cereal.
