Lyrebird Lodge rate includes two adults and up to two children aged 0-15.
Additonal adults or children $33 per night per person.
If you would like to use our linen in Lyrebird Lodge there is an additional flat charge of $15 per person. Please feel free to bring your own though if you prefer this option.
Our single rate discount is less A$20 per night for Rainbow Lorikeet guests upstairs.
There is a 2 night minimum although 1 night can be arranged by special request. However, there is a A$60 inc GST surcharge to cover additional cost of cleaning and linen. For longer term stays in the Lyrebird Lodge suite (over 28 nights) there is a reduced nightly rate. Please email us for further information.
High peak season rates
There is a rate increase of 10% from Dec 01 to Jan 31, Easter, NSW school holidays and long weekends (NSW). During Christmas, New Year and Easter there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Check in/Check out
Check in time as agreed at time of booking.
Check out by 10am.
Terms & Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Remainder of balance is to be paid 10 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 10 days prior to arrival the whole amount is to be paid at time of booking.
Extensions can be organised subject to availability.
We only accept bank transfers and cash payment at this stage.
Accommodation booking cancellations prior to 7 days will be subject to loss of deposit unless accommodation can be rebooked.
Accommodation booking cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be subject to 50% charge unless accommodation can be rebooked.
Once you have arrived and checked into your accommodation, you are liable to pay 100% of the balance remaining. At this late stage it is highly unlikely we will re book the room or lodge.
We take a security bond of $500 for longer term bookings. This will be returned to the guest within a week of leaving the property once it has been inspected and cleaned.
